By using TiouRead ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Content & Copyright

TiouRead is a community platform. By contributing books to the library, you affirm that:

  • You have the right to share the content (it is in the public domain, Creative Commons licensed, or you hold the rights).
  • The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • You grant TiouRead a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display the contributed content.

TiouRead reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright law or these terms without notice.

3. File Conversion Service

The file conversion tools are provided as-is. All processing occurs client-side in your browser. TiouRead does not receive, store, or access your files during conversion. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any files you process through our tools.

4. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not use another person's account or create accounts for deceptive purposes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Harass other community members or post abusive content.
